    Default Litany learning run

    Dear fellow Orienites,

I'd love to run Litany of the Dead a few times, on my level 16 Rogue, in order to get flagged for abbot and to get some decent XP.

I've been looking for PUGs for this quest for quite a while, but I wasn't lucky.

Is there anyone (lvl 16 or below) willing to lead a litany run, at Monday or Wednesday, 8ish pm GMT? Some hours later would also be fine.

I have no problem with speedy, efficient runs; my only problem is that I don't feel fit to lead on this particular quest. I know the riddle, but I don't know how to approach the bosses.

PS: Instead of learning, also piking is fine for me.

For starters, there are quite a few Intel Rq'd members getting close to 16, but we typically don't run Littany until we're 17/18 because we're trying to maximize XP to avoid the level 19 slump on our TRs. However, if you would like to join us at that point, I'll let you know when we do it.

As for the quest itself. The way to "Do it" is different for each person, but essentially here's the idea behinds it:

    ***Spoilers Below***

The reason people mention an "order" to do the bosses is because there is a table that you come to after talking to the dragon that allows you to pick up items based on what bosses you have already killed.

Killing Vol gets you the "Carved Eye of Vol" which you can use for melees that do not have ghost touch. Casting it on your ally will grant them ghost touch.

Killing Cholthulz gets you the "Urthullz Petrified Stalk" which you can use to dispel Cinnis's fire shield so that the melee take less damage while beating on him.

Killing Cinnis will get you the "soft blue flame,: which you can use to dispel Metnau's fire placht device which can be a real pain at times.

Killing Mentau gets you a Golem Statue which I have never figured out how to use, but it doesn't seem to be needed for anything.

Lastly, if you have another character in which you're willing to bring and take an XP penalty, I'm always willing to bring my divine caster in there to teach people how it's done.

Thanks for the hints. As the responses are not that plenty, I'm just going to delay Litany a bit.

Let's see if I can get to 17 by pugging without touching the Vale quests yet, why should be pretty much feasible.
