Threat stacking?

I am just wondering if different numbers of threat multipliers stack?

I have the Defender of Siberys ToD set for +15% threat and the NONE epic claw set for +10% threat. Does that give me 25% threat or is the claw set trumped by the ToD set?

They are addictive – like numbers do not stack, but unlike numbers do.

but how about when I don't know the numbers...

1) Divine righteousness (+100%)
2) Intimidation with shield
3) Obsession(doubles threat- new armor enhancement)

Anyone know how these stack? Should I put paranoia on my armor, or would it be a waste?

Without knowing all the ins and outs, or the time to detail it here, let me just say there are some like numbers that shouldnt be stacking as well. A few mods ago hate boosters became typed though its not reflected in all their descriptions.
