patch 10.1 brings this "improvement":
Items granted by Swag Bag Vouchers are now bound to character.
can anyone halp me to understand meaning of this sentence pls?
I have a bank toon with more than 50 teleport rods form the 1st egg hunt - all are BTA. Doest it mean, after patch 10.1 all rods will become BTC?
pls give me some insight what to do.

Why would they become BTC?
