Arcane archer

So im thinking of making an arcane archer and going elf seems to be the premo, but do the 2 arcane archers ranger and elf arcane archer effects stack?? E.G) i imbue arrows twice does it stack or no. and if it doesnt why do i see so many elf arcane archers and not human for the extra feat?

Elves get AA without any ranger levels.

If you go elf, you don't have to go Ranger (though you will still have to meet the pre-reqs of feats and enhancements for the PrE). If you go pure ranger, you don't have to be an elf to get it, and you'll get it a couple levels sooner (still have to take the right Feats and enhancements though).

There's a lot of different builds that make use of the AA line. Might want to look a few of them up just to see what you can expect. Good luck!

elf gets +2tohit and +2damge to ranged from enhancements, and some probably feel from elf is the "classic" bow race from all the other fantasy settings.
