Looking for a Solid AC Monk Build

I have been looking through the forums and have seen some builds for monks but I am looking for a very solid AC monk. I am not sure what race is best to use either. If you have a Build or ideas for a solid AC monk build please share them here I would be very appreciative especially since i keep rerolling the monks I make.

The Rockan Robin build is an AC monk.

If you don't have the gear for it, make a DPS monk instead.
