Pretty sure its not the first, the main achievement for me is getting this down to a flawless run. In previous attempts i've died clearing the private rooms and had to use the ballroom shrine.
No bluff/intim. Cleared the private rooms seperately from the other bosses by getting the key from the viceroy's office.
Did have diplomacy, so no guards when fighting mastermind, poisoner and charmer together in the end fight.
New goal is getting that completion time down -.-
