    Exclamation Lost EU Account and Toons

    Hi

    I'm a former EU player that transferred his 2 accounts from Devourer to Ghallanda.

    Both accounts came across in merger fine (got my points and other perks fine)

    Sometime recently, my main account has had one of its main toons deleted (Forestfly-1) and my 2nd account seems to have been stripped of all its gold, items and toons that were active.

    I sent in a ticket on 25/06/11 Ticket #24001-94518 but received no reply to date.

    Here is a quote from the auto reply to give me the ticket number.

    "Responses typically take 1-3 business days"

    Please its now been weeks, why haven’t you replied?

    My ticket has been answered.

    To put it short, it stated that indeed both my accounts were transferred.

    But didn't give me any information on my lost toon (Forestfly-1).

    Turbine i realize this isn't important to you, but the loss of one of my mains that i had for over 4 years means alt to me.

    Where has he gone, u can see front the picture above he excisted.

    Please help

    Thank you for your inquiry and patience. We have reviewed your account and see that al characters on these accounts have been successfully migrated.

    It doesn't say anything about my missing Toon (OFC i replied and asked the question)

    Why can't turbine help me here? a GM could track my lost toon.

    OFC keeping someone off the forum witnesses might suit Turbine.

    However i feel that giving non-adequate answers/replies may give an impression Turbine don't wish to help and hence why i post here.

    Losing a main toon is an issue for me, please all i ask is that turbine look into where he has gone and if anything, can we somehow retrieve him.

    My last post reads too heavy. I thought about deleting or editing, but i hope Turbine read it as its ment.

    Im a beta player, i had this toon 4+ years, kitted and gimped him & run 1000s of quests.

    I didn't delete him, he has vanished.

    OFC i would like him found, replaced if possible. I come here in the hope that someone at turbine could help me as customer service isn't

    I doubt he vanished, that plus lot of plat would make me think hijacked account.

    Anyone else know your password? Do you share a computer with anyone and may have left yourself logged in? REALLY annoyed your signifigent other? I would be reporting a hacked account more then just a deleted character. DDO takes that rather seriously.

    Well i can't find him

    Nobody knows my passwords and i only play from home and nobody else plays DDO but me.

    If my account has been hijacked, surely Turbine can check.
