KUDOS to You Groan-1

Some of us have seen this dude grinding his way through Khyber.

A few of us have insane speed zerg farmed XP with him.

Some forums viewers may have viewed his post "Revenants 4 man Elite ToD"

WHAT I witnessed the other day was Groan-1, a multi-life TR (have seen him cap and TR again in the span of days)
stop whatever he was doin to help explain to a new player the things that work versus magic-missiles (Shield/Nightshield Spells) and how they don't necessarily work versus force type traps (at least this is what I got as the "gist" of the convo). I was playing a 2nd life toon doin some lunchtime slaying in Red Fens. The conversation was at most 4 or 5 min in the house K general chat.

I see lots of negative forum posts and witness a lot of negativity in game.

So, I figured I'd give a POSITIVE shout out!

Groan-1 is a cool person, from my TR zerging farm experience with him, he's aways been helpful, never kicked any casual players and trying to teach them a thing or two, he's a great player.

Actually, hes whooping my a$$ this life! (well he beat me the last few lives too... shhhh!) Im at 9 deaths and hes only at maybe 2 (Elite traps)

But yeah Nick is pretty cool. Was just running some LordsPlaza stuff with him and he was making sure the other pug that joined us got any of the extra loot and marks that he and Jen pulled if they wanted it.

(ah death counts... good thing (last life) my wiz had UMD is all i can say :P )

I would actually like to retract my previous statement. Earlier today Groan dash one its a warforged (half orc) got me killed with his shenanigans. With all the griefing lately I no longer am friends with him. That is all.

Yup, what makes a great player is all the above. The lazy elitist, as apposed to elite player, will push the easy button and ignore new players and treat them like dirt.

Not many players I know rise to the challenge of being truly elite.
