I was posting an item to the AH. When I clicked the Post button, it went gray, but the item stayed in my inventory. This is not that unusual - I see a post lag often, but this one lasted for a good 40 seconds or so, and when it 'caught up', the item was not posted and it was removed from my inventory and my plat was reduced the fee. I got an error message about the id of the item not being found.

From what I have read, the item is as good as lost - no game support mechanism is in place to track this or return it - which sucks. If I get an error message, then there should be a record of this error on the server logs to show what happened -and game support should be able to fix this. But again - I hear game support "will not" do that - (sigh).

Plus - I *thought* I had a premium account - which mans I should be able to get in-game support - but there was no option in the Help section to submit a New Ticket.

grrr - I am going to bed . . .
