Checking out the list of shards I found Greater Incorporeal Bane, but no Incorporeal Bane or Lesser Incorporeal Bane.
Am I missing something?

its not a bane
Ghost touch allows you to hit 100% instead of suffering a 50% mis chance

No, the loot tables are.
There is only 1 incorporeal bane weapon - the phase hammer. When loot abilities were copied for crafting, few to none were added and so things like this happened.

A ghost touch wepaon with undead bane on it would qualify as an incorporeal bane weapon.

I'm not talking Ghost Touch. Ghost Touch is a prefix and Greater Incorporeal Bane is a suffix.
I suspect it's as Trillea says. The lesser ones didn't exist in the loot tables so didn't appear in the crafting system.
Hope it gets fixed because Ghost Touch of Incorporeal Bane I could probably craft now and would beat Ghost Touch of Pure Good.
