    Changed rogue feat progression and slippery mind for skill mastery. Removed another point in hide for a point in bluff at creation and traded points I had put into jump starting at level 8 for bluff due to the use of +2 tome at level 7. Hope that is not too confusing. Beyond this I think there is not much left to change, let me know...

    12 INT + 2 tome + 2 capstone + 9 swap in gear + 2 ship = 27, it might be worth it to swap one point from dex to int to get 39 DC, it will be very useful in epics. I've seen a guy with 41 absolutely destroy with assassinate so 39 is probably pretty decent and worth that one point of dex, and this is right in the range where 1 DC matters a lot. Also gives you a few more skill points.

    If you're sure that you'll have a +2 dex tome at level 7 you can drop dex to 15 indeed, otherwise leave it as is.

    If you do you can put the build points in int or char, doesnt matter that much, or just leave it in dex for some more reflex saves.

    You'll do fine with the build you have now, enjoy ;-)

    I think you'd be better off with Subtle Backstabbing III, rather than have things like Halfling Will Save I,II.

    Check out the STR based rogue guide here.

    Other posters are correct in that going STR over DEX will do more damage.

    INT is nearly a dump stat, except for Assassinate DC's... otherwise an 8 INT will net you epic traps with gear.... especially with things like Epic Utility Vest and the Epic Spyglass.

    Concentrate on doing damage and not getting aggro. Bump up subtle backstabbing, sneak attack and halfling guile enhancements.

    There's alot of debate of khopesh vs rapier too, but you can fit khopesh prof. in there - I did it on my STR based halfling assassin and he's got great dps.
