DDO store craftable trinket

I recently purchased a craftable trinket from the DDO store, and I discovered that I couldn't actually craft on it. When I place it in the bound items crafting device, the only recipe that pops up is the one for upgrading a craftable item from +5 to +6, indicating that the device recognizes the trinket as a shard of potential rather than a trinket. Is this a known bug, and is there a fix for it? Thanks in advance.

did you "disjunct" it first? Apparently DDO Store trinkets must be disjuncted before you can craft with them.

I actually tried that just before I came to check the forums again, and it worked. Thanks. Seems odd that the device thinks it's a shard of potential first, though.
