Adjust mob AI. Use new spells on me :)

I have never been hit with an Eladar's, Niac's by a mob.

Maybe I am getting hit with them, but resistances/protection are stopping them, but I don't think so.

I would like to see these spells added to AI routines of appropriate mobs, if they are not already, as I suspect.

Oh, and they should self-buff more too, instead of running headlong into my fist.

I'm pretty sure there's at least 1 named Render in the U9 chain that uses eladar's electric surge. Other than that... Well, mob casters usually die fast enough, I don't think they'd have time to stack those DoTs. I'd rather have them cast instant spells, like those hounds buffed to be able to use cyclonic blast, they do benefit from it.

they do self buff, in Atraxia they use large or some spell that makes them larger as well as stone skin. There are other places and quests that I know they self buff as well.

U10 chain has some spewers of niac's as well.

Been noting a general increase in brain eating and stun effects as well lately.

chesters acid dot is a new and particularly evil bit o' nastiness as well.

Lotta dispelling in sands, and burning blood flying like candy from a piñata in some other places.
Fondness of mindflayer mages to acid rain if they manage a mindblast stun, before moving in for a munch attempt is fun to see as well.

Also make them not spam something that clearly isn't working like when I have nightshield up and they keep spamming magic missile. It didn't work the first, second, third, fourth times, what makes it think it will work the fifth, sixth, seventh................
