    okay major major MAJOR problem here.

    you said twf build.. you have 12 dex. you need 17 dex for gtwf and 15 dex for twf and itwf..

    so i'd re-do your stat allocation.

    secondly, no power attack? swap that for lightning reflexes..

    * Usage: Passive
    * Prerequisite: Dexterity 15

    Description

    Two Weapon Fighting reduces the to-hit penalty when using two weapons at the same time. The penalty for your primary hand lessens by 2 and the one for your off-hand lessens by 6, so it becomes -4 (main hand) / -4 (off-hand) (instead of -6/-10 without this feat). If the off-hand weapon is light, the penalties both decrease by another 2 points, down to -2/-2 (instead of -4/-8 without this feat).

    A ranger is automatically entitled to Two Weapon Fighting at 2nd level, even if he does not have the prerequisite for it.

    So doesnt need dex!

    However Make sure you start with at least a 13 Dex (needed for Dodge which starts the Feat Track to Tempest)

    He iosnt taking dodge till lvl 6, so as long as he pops a +1 tome between levels 3-5 he will be fine.

    he has the dex for the tempest prereq's, he eats the tome at 3

    this is an interesting exploiter-y type build. one thing i think you would enjoy is swapping out one of your 3 toughness's for maximise. since you have all your devotion and sp enhancements, with a torc and/or con opp item, you could be an excellent self healer/soloer/survivalist. maximise and an ardor clicky(the amarath belts work excellently here endgame) and you should be able to fill up your hp in one or two spells

    also, since you already eat a cha tome, you might consider taking the UMD skill, make more use of that tome. either that or save the tome. you never know, you could always TR again

    Default Seriously?

    Are you seriously suggesting eating 6 +3 tomes for this build, 2 of them on dumpstats ?

    I don't see what halfling adds to this build. For that matter, I wouldn't go with ranger if all you want is a "TWF DPS" build. I don't see Power Atk or Imp Crit or khopesh; I'd take all three for better DPS. PBS is basically useless by itself, 3 Toughnesses is overkill (geez, go play a barb if you want a ton of HPs), and Lightning Reflexes wouldn't be my pick for meeting Tempest III pre-req (I prefer OTWF). I'd probably also trade FE Aberration for either Undead or Giant.

    You have no Power Attack either.

    Pick Undead and Giant as Favored Enemies in the early levels, Evil Outsiders are for the high levels.

    What about Favored Attack and Resistance?

    Have you thought about taking one level of Fighter instead of Monk? You will gain Haste Boost I.
