paid for vip did not receive

To whom it concerns, I paid for VIP status on the 13th of June for 3 months access. I still have not been upgraded. I have requested a ticket at least a week ago and have received no response. Could this be sorted out soon as I had intended to spend my holidays gaming. My holidays are nearly over and I have bought a number of quest packs and other items to compensate for my lack of VIP. Im telling you this because I feel Iam owed some compensation.

Ive noticed now others have posted here about similar problems. So before you tell me to make a phone call I will tell you that Iam in Australia and do not wish to pay whatever it costs. Also please limit the condescending attitudes as I do pay for this service and so I expect some, service that is.

Make sure the ticket was with account support, not any of the others.
Account support tipically sorts it quickly, provided there was no side issue like a held payment by the bank.

Ticket response time is 7-10 days. The phone call takes 30 seconds, even if it's long distance. Last time I called I was on hold for about 1 minute before I was answered.

You could have called and been ViP a week ago. Your wanting to be cheap is not an excuse for compensation.

Turbine doesn't offer forum support for billing issues. Submit a ticket or make the call.

Really, what would a 2 minute phone call cost? $0.75? Make the call and send me your email address and I'll paypal you the pocket change so you're not out.
