    For unarmed rogues, there are IMO two builds really worth looking at. 19/1 for the maximum punch and vorpal or 13r/6m + 1 fighter/ranger/monk for more feats (more TR-friendly) and better stunning fist.

    And if you go unarmed - take Bluff. Just do it. If you go anything else, take it either. Stunning Fist + Bluff feels like Rad II Weapons on steroids

    Have you considered going HotD rather than KotC? You would be trading about 11 DPS for 10% healing amp and Ghost Touch, might be worth it.

    I would keep INT at 8 and put points into strength. Since you are not taking CE, no point trying to get to 13 INT unless you really wanted Improved trip.

    Not sure what your skill points or enhancements went into but if you want to tank, Intimidate, if not bluff for SA damage.

    Maybe drop 2 fighter for 2 monk, and try for increase to AC through centered.
