by no meas an optimized toon, i've just always liked the S&B style, and the idea of actually being able to attack with your shield like real firgthers do was too good to pass up.
SF: UMD and the CHA enhancement are there to make it possible to reach UMD 20 for equiping stuff (14 + 3 from +6 CHA item = 17 + persuasion crafted item = 20)
any suggestions on how to make it better, while still maintaining the flavor of the toon?
[edit: any shield he'd be using would be crafted to have shield spikes and bashing for extra damage]
[edit: made a mistake in the builder that i had to correct, resulting in a sligtly different enhancement list]
[edit: missed a feat at level 3, so i added in quick draw. ignore the order the feats are taken in, its not really the best, just wanted to fit them all in]
