    Default Error in my experience point total

    I logged in on one of my characters, a level 9 wizard on the Orien server named Terasa, only to find her back on the Airship that Veteran status characters start on. I talked to everyone, and Thealeh Auryath told me that there is an error in my experience point total, and to contact customer support. This is the first time I've ever seen this, and I've never contacted customer support before, so I have no idea how to do this. Assistance is greatly requested!

    If you have access to In Game support (which you can determine by reviewing this sticky thread) then you do so by opening the menu (press "Esc") and selecting Help. Then select the best ticket options and submit!
