    Default lost my character

    i havnt played my account in quite some time, i had VIP account. so i had finally decided to play again, i cant pay to play at this time ( some time during the future i plan to) and my cleric and other characters are all gone

    As far as I know DDO never deletes characters.

    Just to make sure, be sure you have the right account and are choosing the right server.

    Beyond that, if you never gave your password to anyone, I suggest you contact Turbine Support.
