Oil of Incandescence

So I knew for some reason that adding Eldritch Rituals raised the MLs of crafted weapons; what I didn't know (and had no reason to think so) was that an Oil of Incandescence would raise them also.

I was starting Delera's with my new Holy of Undead Bane q staff that I made lol, and then used an oil. Did first quest with no problem, but had to relog afterwards before part 2. But I log back in and see that it's too high for me to use now

No big deal obviously, just used a different weapon. Just really annoying and makes no sense =\

Edit: Ugh, sorry. Didn't mean to post this under Lamannia crafting. Just saw the "Crafting Discussion" not Lamannia that came before it.
