    Default VIP problems

    Okey. I decided to buy a VIP. I for sure have all money needed on my bank account.
    With buying turbine points everything worked fine.
    But... Turbine DIDNT take money from my bank account, and i checked everything:
    i have enough money
    payments to confirm - nothing there
    credit cart limit for one transcaction - its between 200-300 euro, and i bought 3 month vip, so its enough.

    And Im VIP one day, and then getting message:
    "ATTENTION: One or more of your subscriptions has been suspended or downgraded from VIP status due to non-payment. Please re-enter your billing information or apply a Game Card now to reactivate your subscription(s). After successfully updating your billing information, click either “Resume” or “Get Unlimited Access” to restore the subscription`s former Active or VIP status. "

    I cant call Support - my English is too bad for that. What Im supposed to do.
    Im trying THIRD time. And counting it will work this time.
    Dont know whats wrong.
    Turbine should take money alone, or should i get the message to confirm operation on my bank account?
    If this time it wont work i will have to write to turbine, but maybe u can tell me if im doing something wrong.
    And how fast Turbine should take money from bank if everything is fine?

    I'm not sure what language you're looking for. We do have French and German phone support as well. Simply call the number in my signature during the hours listed for the language you prefer.

    You may also want to check with your bank/card company to be sure that they aren't declining the transaction for some reason.

    If the upgrade is successful, the payment will be processed the next morning, between 12 midnight and 5 am Eastern.

    Im frm Poland. I can speak Englisch only a little and Polish, thats all
    I wrote to Turbine Support, and waiting for answer. Its all I can do.
    And i still hope this time the payment will go well.

    I doubt its bank company. I mean - they didnt decline transaction with Turbine when I bought TP. So why decline now?
    Will wait for Spport answer and then try with bank company.

    Okey, problem solved. I have VIP now and i get my TP.
    Dont know if it worked at third time and first 2 times is was bug or something.
    Or if Turbine Suport read my ticket and fixed it.
    It doesnt matter - i have my vip, TP points and im happy.
