Ouch, hurtful bro. I'll have you know I kept DP going each time it came around. As for the devines keeping DP on portals in part one that someone mentioned above it is easy enough to keep the first dot on the portal but in good groups the portals dont last 10 seconds which keeps you from putting second dot on, even if you do get second dot on it dies milliseconds later. I do agree though about dotting and dps, just depends on the groups I guess.

On my FvS I keep DP stacked on just about everything ... then I also cast Searing Light, Nimbus of Light, and Hard in between my quicken Mass Heals. This leaves me without time to melee so I generally don't stand in on the boss. And after all that casting I usually still have SP and a bauble left over!

Now if only I can help convince other Divines, both FvS and Cleric, that its ok to carry damage spells ...

yea yea bauble ... blah blah ... we need to farm again ... But I agree you don't have to be in the middle of the fight to hurt ole harry throw a mass heal them spam him with DP Searing Light and whatever else you have that will hurt the bugger ... then repeat. Cleric might wanna hold back on a few like ever 3rd mass toss a DP and searing light
