this has lasted for several weeks already. each time when I click the DDO Store Buttom, it showes a black page to me without any content.Therefore I cannot purchase anything from the DDO Store. Please help.

Thank you for your reply, however, they all do not work, sometimes I even cannot find the certain folder (such as ETS in system32 or Turbine in Program File). My ddo works well, just have no contect on ddo store pannel and ddo in-game help pannel.
What shall I do?
