Some questions about AA

I'm planing to create an Elven Arcane Archer, and I have some questions, for which I would like confirmation:
* Does hamstring work with a bow?
* Does haste boost apply to bows? And if it does, does it fully or at half rate, like rangers' capstone?

For the curious, the build would be a Fighter 12 / Ranger 6 / Rogue 2 Elf.

1. Not as far as I know.
2. Yes and Half.

To replace Hamstring you could just farm up a Shimmering Arrowhead which does the same thing, technically.
