Default Why am I hitting a FPS cap?

In December I built a new computer. I5-2.8 GHZ, 4 GB Ram, 2x Nvidia 460 1 GB overclocked graphics cards in SLI (disabled since it doesn't work on DDO - it actually cuts my FPS by about 30 when I force it). When I cntr-F in game, I hit a cap at 62 FPS. If I twitch, sometimes I can get it to 63-64 for a quarter second, then right back to 62.0 or 62.1. It can go lower in other areas, but rarely below 30 FPS (all settings maxed).

I put in another 4 GB of RAM today, and figured I'd check again. 62.0 FPS. I then overclocked my RAM, Video Card and CPU. I gained 20% on benchmark tests. DDO... 62.0 FPS.

This obviously isn't a big deal since I am running the game perfectly fine. Rarely does it go lower than mid 40s FPS. But it's driving me nuts not being able to see a gain no matter what I do. Any ideas? All drivers are up to date. DX11.

    Thanks.

P.S. Dropping settings all the way to low still won't take me above 62 FPS.

P.P.S. Solved... found a response from November on this... V-sync matches the Frame Rate of the LCD monitor.
