I use Glary's Utilities as well as CCleaner; they tend to hit different registry issues.

Firefox + AdBlock Plus Firefox addon= Bye Bye web advertising.
WOT Firefox add on to warn of webpages or media files that are bad news.

I stay away from the popular Chinese IOBit's Systemsuite. Iobit stole Malwarebytes code and released it as their own. Will NEVER trust them again.

Instead I use the much better:

Auslogics Registry Defrag
CCleaner (on occasion)

I used to run Spybot until I discovered SUPERAntiSpyware which was faster and always proved to catch whatever Spybot caught and then some. No immunization, but from what I've heard that process can also cause problems on a computer (though never for me).

For proper cleaning I use East-Tec Eraser (6 months free trial). It gives a nice clean'n'erase before a defrag and frees up an impressive amount of space. The privacy guard is fast, but the erase procedure does take time to run.
