    Default Lost item in bank

    I sent a bug report about it, but that won't give me my item back, so hopefully this post will

    I lost a Silver Greatsword (crafting blank) due to a shared bank bug on June 25th, 2011 around 9h40 am EST, at the Meridia banker (see my bug report for details, but in short, the sword would not transfer to my inventory after clicking on it, and I accidentally closed the bank UI, then bank would not reopen and after logging out/in the sword was gone).
    Can I have it back? Pretty please

    You should know by now that you wont get anything back that gets lost through an in-game bug or glitch.

    That's not true. They at least once sent back items lost in AH bug.
    As far as this specific bug is concerned, it's the first time it hits me, so I figured it was worth a shot...

    Well I honestly wish you the best of luck, but judging from numerous threads about similar issues and the GM's unhelpful attitudes here on the forums, I'm not going to hold my breath.

    you could've saved yourself the wait for the GMs to respond by mailing yourself a letter that says "this is a known issue and we can't do anything to help you. please submit a bug report".

    it would be almost like going through the *actual* process of customer service, only without the 20 minute wait if you're premium (and you can actually do it at all if you're F2P).

    of course, if you're VIP, you may as well get your money's worth and make *them* copy/paste that into a /tell or response to your ticket.
