DDO Store Trinket Doesn't Craft

I purchased a craftable trinket from the DDO store, and it won't craft no matter what shards I have tried. I deconstructed a Shard Of Power from the Shroud, and crafted it just fine. The DDO Store trinket doesn't work as advertised. Can it be fixed, or can I get my Turbine Points back?

I tried to submit this in-game, but the form doesn't offer a 3rd (or more) drop down box, and will not take my submission. So problems all around.

I applied the only thing it would accept, +5 to +6 craftability. Then I applied disjunction, and it works now.

Now about that in-game help, which is broken............

As far as I know, the store bought trinket needs to be disjuncted first still...for whatever reason they thought would make that good. I'm going with couldn't figure out any other way to make it work.
