First 100 Guild: Over Raided of Orien!

On Thursday, June 23, 2011, at 7:01pm EST, Over Raided of Orien has become the first guild in all of DDO to achieve guild level 100!

This achievement has required the concerted efforts of a dedicated group of guildies for a considerably long time. I'm amazed at how OR has really thrived over this time. We managed to hit 100 within the one year anniversary of the airships and guild renown which were introduced with Update 5 on June 28, 2010.

I wish I could name you all and not leave anyone out, but I want to thank everyone who has been part of the OR endeavor, past and present.

In particular, I want to thank:

Titanticus: Our founding leader, whose skill, playstyle, and charisma attracted us all to OR.
Bril: Our fearless leader, who whipped us into shape and led us to 85 and the ultimate airship.
Vanshilar: Our numbers man, who has been the brains behind not only the horse race, but demystified many of the mysteries of DDO mechanics for our guild and all the others.
Ying, Ironchef, Selina, Nixvali, and Buffybot: The best officers that any guild ever had. Your skill, dedication, and generosity have inspired me to be a better player.
Drunkin, Distinct, Zefie, Tarish, Favoritesoul, Golemus, Flamicia, and Fleck: Thank you for always being the best and always demanding the best.

Now that you guys are 100, care to give some advice as to how you all were able to get renown so fast? Hyperactive guild with everyone only taking renown? Farm shrouds all the time? Epic chest farms? Renown elixir?

Also, now that you're 100 is there any more guild decay? It would suck (as well as be extremely annoying to everyone on the server) if everyday you guys went back to 99 and had to retake 100, causing a perma announcement of your uberness.

As for decay, I believe they allow us to get renown over the 50mill to give us a buffer for decay so we don't fall back to 99 and hit 100 everyday.

Aye being active is the best way. And always run content on the highest possible difficulty as that increases the renown drops. Doing epics fully is another great way, make sure you get every chest. For example so many groups leave Partycrashers after getting the epic token and thus miss out on 5 more epic chests. Be thorough, be active, and don't be selfish, always take the renown not the vender loot.

And, uh, free completionist feats for all guildies? Daaaaaaaaaaaaaang again! Will other guilds that hit 100 get those feats? Do they stay if you TR? Will new toons entering a guild that's already hit 100 get those feats as well?

Just to be sure..

You actually get the Completionist feat for free, ie without taking up a feat slot, on every single toon in the guild?..or was that a joke?

If yes, Does already-Completionists get to take it for a second time or do they just get it for free now?
