    Default Can't Buy Points - Account Suspended?!

    Hello.

    When I try to buy points I get the following message:

    "We are sorry, we were unable to process this transaction because this account has been suspended. Please contact customer support."

    My account is not suspended as I can freely play and my account shows nothing except that it's VIP.

    I try buying with Mastercard and I've tried many times.
    I also tried with paypal but it says:

    "System is not available. Please try again later."

    This is really annoying. Is there any fix to this or must I just wait?
    Any help really appreciated.

    Can you maybe buy points somewhere else? Like on DDO website (can't find anywhere) or some only stores that email you the code?

    I'm sorry to hear you're having problems buying points. There are a variety of reasons why a point purchase might not process. I have passed along the feedback about the error you're getting.

    For now, you might try using a different payment method, such as Ultimate Pay. Some local retailers or may start carrying Point Codes as well (I recommend calling first to check).

    Yeah I have also emailed support, but I had experience with them before and it always took them more then 2 days to answer me, and obviously I really want to play DDO.

    What different payment method? I only get VISA Payment and Pay With Mobile. Where can I get Ultimate Pay or anything else? Can't use VISA nor Mobile.

    Hello.

    How the flying frag do I check my support ticket I submitted?
    I've got an email saying that my ticket has been updates (FINALLY) but I have no idea where to see it?

    Current turn around for web inquiries is actually about 7-10 days right now due to volume. We're working to make that shorter again.

    When there is an answer for your ticket, you'll receive an email at the address you provided in the ticket.

    When you're in the store, select a point bundle, then select the other payment button at the bottom. There should be several new payment options on the next page.

    Ultimate Pay cards can be used to purchase points, as can DDO Point codes.

    I have the same problem and it's pretty annoying. I even payed for a VIP account, but now I can't play becouse the only reason I returned was to make a favoured soul... :/
