Default Drow first-life TWF Feat question

I am trying to decide what feats I should take later on. At the moment, I have:

    lvl 1: Toughness
    lvl 3: Two-Weapon Fighting
    lvl 6: Improved Two-Weapon Fighting
lvl 9: Improved critical: Piercing weapons

The current plan is to include Greater Two-Weapon Fighting and Power Attack and one more I'm undecided on. I'm also not too sure of Power Attack, but the extra hurtiness from it should help, right? Power Attack is planned as my last feat, at level 18, and I'll see what my attack bonus is by then, and if I can handle the -5 from it.

For the one feat I'm missing, I'm trying to decide between Oversized Two-Weapon Fighting and Extend Spell. I rarely use spells, as I lack the Wis to cast without a buff up, but that will change as I get better +wis items. On the other hand, all I'll be casting is long-ish buffs, I won't be spamming heals, so while Extend WOULD help, the thought of dual rapiers is just more attractive

Any suggestions? Another feat I can fit in there?

Last minute addition: Before you tell me that TWF is bad for a first life, that Tomes are a waste on a first life... it's my party and I'll cr- er... It's my char and I'll play like I like to

I may be wrong but with the higher to hits and right gear oversize weapon penalties aren't that severe. I don't know about Epic levels though and it maybe a must have for Epic content. Good luck with your build sounds like fun. I'm amusing favored soul and you should be able to keep self buffed through the longest quests without extend. So I guess it's really up to you.

With 8 and 6 minute buffs, I should be fine, yeah. Plus, there are wands and hirelings.

Every melee char should plan on taking Power Atk at some point; if you have trouble hitting, well, that's why it has an Off button.

Extend is a pretty common choice on pally builds with a spare feat, even if it's just for Zeal.

I also have a Drow pally. I thought oversized two weapon fighting would be nice being low on build points, but extend will be much more useful.

Extend wouldnt be so useful for long term spells, the real benefit is for Divine Favor and Zeal, both of which last only 2 minutes at lvl 20. For DF it would be a convenience but not save any sp, as it costs the same to cast it twice, its just convenient, but for zeal it would save some. So you gotta ask yourself if your ok with recasting those constantly, and if you have enough mana.

I would take Oversized, but if you have no trouble hitting, whatev

Another option you may consider if you have UMD is SF: UMD, if that puts you at or near 39 total, for no fail heal scroll (and some other goodies).
    Thelanis: Nassim* (F12/P6/M2) - Talienor** (P18/Ra2) - Feithlin** (F12/Bd7/C1) - Stoneoak* (F12/M6/P2) - Hokusai (M17/F2/C1) - Ardence* (Bd15/F3/Ro2) - Matsushiro* (Ro11/M6/P3) | Argonessen: Luneargent (W18/Ro2) - Talienor (Ro20) - Takshir (Bd16/F2/Ro2) - Hiacynthe (C20) | Ghallanda: A bunch of pre DDO Unlimited characters (field of testing for post U19 )

I have UMD, but I also have bad INT, so while SF:UMD would help, I'm not sure I can get UMD that high even with it. I've been sticking to non-UMD check wands and pots, mostly.

I'll go for Extend over Oversized for now, then. I still have the free feat exchange, and if I find myself not getting much of a use out of Extend, I'll switch it out.

    Thank you for the replies.
