By me, but this is just my opinion, sorc are easier to play than a sorc due to his large mana amount and cause u don't have to bother yourself about which spell is more useful in a specific situation... JUST NUKE 'EM ALL OUT !!! XD
Go human all the way.

Stat: max Cha, rest in cos, spare points in str or int as u wish!

Skill: Max out Concentration and Use Magic Device, 2 point spent in tumble at first level rest wherever u want!

Feats:
1. Maximize
1. Toughness
3. Empower
6. Extended
9. Spell Focus: Evocation
12. Heighten
15. GSF: Evocation
18. Quicken

Enhancement: 3 rank in bloodline of power, buy out all the charisma stat u can, 1 rank in human improved recovery.
Choose 2 line of damage between the four elements: fire, ice, acid, elec. 1 of this would be your primary and u'll get the corresponding prestige enhancement. U will not have to worry about buying scroll... u'll get your spell level by level.
But u must pay attention at what u get cause u can change only 1 spell every 3 days
My suggestion is to choose fire as primary for leveling cause fire deals a large amount of damage and at low level u'll find few immune mobs.
Then at lv 16-18 (as u wish) u should reset your enhancement and choose another element (usually cold or elec) as primary cause at those levels almost every single mobs have highly resist to fire (where they are not immune!)


During levelling: put every single stat point u'll get (lv. 4-8-12-16-20) into Cha and eat a +2 tome Cha and Cos as soon as possible.
