Favor bug

I started playing ddo and eventually reached 75 favor with the coin lords (actually i have 80 favor). I was supposed to rise from "suspicious" rank to "reliable", and i actually recieved a message saying that i have this rank and that i can get a fourth inventory from the coin lord at the marketplace. However, my rank in the "patrons" list is still "suspicious" and i cant get fourth inv from the coin lord. Logging out and relogging to the game didn't fix the bug. Can any one help me fix it?

To be clear: you've spoken to Montague Goudreau in the Marketplace, by the bank, and he did not offer you the fourth bag?

Seems like i made a mistake. Instead of talking to Montague Goudreau, i talked to a different npc and when he didnt give me 4th inventory i thought i had a bug. Thanks a lot for pointing out my mistake and sorry for unneccesary post.
