not sure if this is the right forum or not hopfully it gets answered either way. If you get 400, 1750, 2500 favor on 1 server will you be able to make 32 pt build drow favored soul on a different server?

No, favour rewards only apply to the server you earn that favour on.
The Turbine Points you get by earning that favour however carry over and can be used to be game wide items from the store.A friend will bail you out of jail.
A mate will be sitting in there beside you saying "**** that was awsome!!!"
