There's a bald spot above the parietal lobe. And somethings odd about the top-knot. It looks fine in character creation, but doesn't show up correctly in-game.
Avoid this hair-style.
Are there any other appearance bugs with the helf? I mean beside the general ugliness.

Top-knot is missing some fairly crucial polygons there.
