    Default How do I ask for a refund?

    Reason I ask is that I now burned through about 30min worth of slayer boost without being able to use them as the Client keeps on crashing entering the Sands zone. The client kick me from the zone after approximately 3-5 mins and till I am back and fully loaded back into the zone the timer of those boost keep on ticking. Every attempt to improve my situation by completely e.g. reinstalling the game or increasing the memory pagefile or reducing the graphic options was without success. Several Bug tickets have now entered with details as well as a forum thread http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=324152

    Needless to say that this is an annoying circumstance it now starts to cost me TP and therefore real money. This greater boost is only 90TP right now but I can't take that crashes anymore. Therefore I ask for a refund of those boosts.
    * We have collectable bags, mind you, even hireling folders, but can I have that 6-pack for my potions please?
    * Having already a past life on the dieng EU servers, I rerolled here and started from scratch as I like the game and the community, so lets see what awaits me here

    I suppose you could call CS on Monday or submit a ticket. You won't get one but if it makes you feel better to try then why not?
    Hilarious Princess....Sorry your life is so medicore after all this time..Lol, you are scared of a farmer? with a tractor....?
