I tried several skins including blackbird, info blue~yes I can load them and I can see some of the changes but some other issues showed up as the pic below~can anyone help?

some graphic issues while using skins

It looks like you haven't extracted the skins properly.
Make sure you have all the required files in the right locations, as well as re-downloading the archive in case your download was corrupt.
i.e. Drive:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\Dungeons and Dragons Online\ui\skins
then all the files in the archive goes in there.Sarlona: Facerollnuds(23Sor) - Bonknuds(17Clr/3Mnk) - Rushnuds(20FvS) - Tasteslike(20Sor)
Squishynuds(13Wiz) - and 100 other mules/gimps :P
[Solo Guild - Team Nuds] Feel free to blacklist/friend/whatever.

this reminded me...I thought there was something wrong with some texures but checked it again I found...actually not even one texture was working...
