    Default Lack of auto response

    I have submitted 3 tickets in the past couple of days. The system has failed to send me the auto response E-mail. Seems very sad that this is. Good thing I copy my ticket numbers. I love the game but the Customer support really is lacking here lately. I know Turbine has a lot going on but I do pay for VIP and would expect better.

    My little beholder buddy thinks you should probably check your spam/junk/deleted folder for emails from Turbine.

    Sorry to inform you my email account is used for DDO stuff only there Is NO spam on that account. And yes That was a thought I had. but Nope no email.

    Read on another thread Customer Service is 7-10 working days behind on responses and requests. I figure we'll hear something by next Friday. *sigh*
