Missing adventure packs.

I recently became a premium member (not VIP) and purchased some Turbine points for adventure packs. Everything was fine up until just recently when I noticed that I couldn't get back into the Ruins of Threnal. I thought that was strange considering that is one of the packs I purchased. I then went to go look into the "Recent Buys" section of the DDO store and noticed that it said a message indicating that I haven't purchased any content yet. It get's even more strange when I went to browse through the adventure pack menus and it somehow managed to bring back the Recent Buys menu. Yet, I was missing the Vintage Bottle of Old Skully's Grog and am somehow missing the Ruins of Threnal adventure pack. Any help on this would be very, very much appreciated.

Only thing you can do is send in a ticket to get turbine to check it out. Are you sure you bought the actual pack, rather than being given a guest pass?

Yes, I'm sure. I looked at the top right screen and never noticed any guest pass. I most definitely remember purchasing that pack. I was already in there several times and can tell you there is a very nasty surprise at the tail end of the quest (Beholder). The only icons at the top right of the screen was the guild airship buffs.

When you purchase content from the store you should get an emailed receipt. Have you checked through these?
