Now obv those aren't your really end stats i realize i got a bit lazy and didn't include any items at all. i also was to lazy to figure out the real end hp with a green steal a con 6 and a gfl item, or a con tome if u like, i figure it should be pretty high but you don't need a massive con when u have access to heal, and my feat line isn't really in order at all it all matters on your play style on what u want to take first, or what you take. I took great-sword because of the named great-swords that have been released, (esos also a great engame option) but if u want axe or any 2 hander u could. Also i took maximize purely to have access to the prestige line, i realize that having no wisdom will make my spell dc/dmg suck i just want the prestige. Finally the feats are semi interchangeable i took them for my play style and how i want my character to work, you don't necessarily need heavy armor prof for example but i have the holder plate and the heavy armor from IQ and i thought it worth the feat. You could just as well make a set of medium dragon touched and be fine. Please comment and suggest anything i could have missed!
---also depending on you u can drop a couple str PTs and up int to add do balance, or umd for arcane scrolls, masters touch would open weapon choices up. Thx!

Dunno if you should really need the TWF feats, horc's can get those in the APs iirc. I took quicken on my fvs and put the points in UMD instead of concentration (fire/cold shield scrolls!) dunno how optimal it is tbh. Empower healing is kinda nice too (especially if you get the cure light SLA) but probably not needed. Weapon Focus slashing should be improved critical slashing. Did i see any Toughness's in there? Id get that, you dont want my drow fvs callin you squishy do ya?

Comments in red. Overall, I can't see the benefit of choosing Horc over Warforged.
    Summary:
Horc gets +4 damage from THF'ing APs (at the cost of 6 AP). WF gets +4 damage from FvS Specialisation (GS only).
    Horc gets +4 strength.
WF gets the feat for free.
WF gets up to 15 DR.
WF can be healed by arcanes (so you can make an ideal hate tank for quests involving healing curses, see Soul Survivor.

The real strength of a Horc FvS imo lies in the possibility to be a hybrid. 16 starting strength, 16 to 18 starting wisdom and level ups in wisdom and you can offensive cast with the best of them (16, 8, 14, 6, 18, 10 maybe, tweaking charisma and intelligence as needed, works better with 34/36 points). Pick up Power Attack, some quarterstaves and a MinII Falchion and you have some worthwhile DPS. Pick up IC:S somewhere when you get an eSoS. Heighten, Quicken, Maximise, Empower, Toughness, Power Attack and 1 more feat round the build out nicely.

Yeah that wf slashing was crit slashing that was a misteak and I also never took gthf gonna be quicken or extend not sure yet, I did stick with ivy armor prof not a waste wanted to weAr some of the new heavy stuff That came out (hder, gorgon, elocaters habiliment-not new but good, stonemeld(and estonemeld) are competly worth the feat to me and I had tried a wf Fvs build I just really didn't like it at all, guess I'm robotist. Thanks for your comments but for future reference asking for feedback is for feedback on build I really dont care if some johny pencilpusher has a build slightly better than mine.
