Game jumpy/slow since hotfix

Since the 6/15 hotfix DDO has been really slow and jumpy.

I have had the problem on both my home PC and work PC. This morning it took 10 minutes to load a character at home and once in, the animation does a little hitch even couple of seconds while moving around.

The same thing is happening to me at work though the load time was a bit faster, only 5ish minutes.

The hitch happens in public areas and in quests.

Is anyone else having problems? I have not seen anything in the other forums so it looks to be just me.

I don't know if the problem is with the hotfix or because of the Windows Update that applied itself last night or both.

I usually get problems similar to this if I don't do a full disk defrag after each patch or hotfix.

If doing that doesn't help, posting a DXDiag might be helpful.
