I ignored Charisma III, cause Im getting a capstone, not multiclassing, so +2 from enhacements +2 from capstone with starting char 12 gives me 16 char. I need only 19 to all spells and +3 item is easy to get.
It leaves me 6 action points to spend more.
What should i choose:

I want be able to heal party and melee. I started with stats:
Str 17
Dex 10
Con 14
Int 12
Wis 8
Char 12
Leveling up I will + str. So +5 points in Str at 20 level without any tomes and feats.

I have to max out concentration and UMD, so min int is 10. But I decided that 12 Dex will not give me so much advantages like 12 int (bonus skill points, so besides UMD and Con I can put it in e.g. Balance, and with UMd I can use some of wizard scrolls, and if I remember good their spells are about intelligence). And FvS can wear only light armor, so 12 Dex wouldn’t help me a lot – at higher levels I could have 8 as good as 12 ;p. At least I think so.

Get rid of OTWF and get quicken, maximize and empower healing over empower... You will enjoy your combat more....Much more with empower healing (obvious reasons), Maximize (obvious reasons) and quicken (faster spell casting and vs concentration)...

Issues I see:

• You took the longsword racial & FvS enhs but later mention being Undying Court (scimitars); can't have it both ways. Scimitars > longswords for DPS, so that would be my choice for elven melee FvS.
• DEX 10 is too low for TWF feats and S&B is largely pointless from a DPS perspective.
• Skip the FvS Atk & Dmg boosts; boosting your spellcasting and adding AoV PrE is far more useful.
• FvS can wear med. armor, not just light; the AC doesn't matter and you get free DR from capstone. But Marilith Chain is a good source of Seeker bonus.

Unyielding sov is a nice 1000 point heal for those real oh **** moments. I would advise that you rework your enhancements though so you can pick up the FvS Pre. The shield of condemnation alone is worth it, let alone the shoulder mounted laser cannon.

You have the full TWF line of Feats. None of the enhancements you have listed increase your dex. To get TWF you need a minimum Base dex of 15. To get ITWF you need a 17. Doesnt look like your build has enough dex.
