Ranged alacrity broken further!

A friend asked me to check the alacrity bonuses through items for him . As i don't believe in testing through animations . I test 100 arrows starting off with a manyshot to get the biggest difference from the bonuses i can .
As a full 20 AA i fire off 100 arrows in 33.1 seconds .
With quiver on 33.4 seconds .
With AA tod set on and quiver 33.0 seconds .
With haste on 25.1 seconds .
Now haste was tested with set and quiver , and quiver alone then set alone all producing 25.1 - 25.7 .
Im counting the tiny .1's and .7's and such as my own reaction time with clicking my stopwatch .
So my final conclusion would be that haste for some reason is the only alacrity stacking atm .

I would advice doing a test with about 1000 arrows in a quiver. You will get much more accurate results with a larger number of arrows. Then your .1's will be much more significant. You will have much less error because of the larger time sampling.
