    Angry My Character was gone or just a badly delay when transfer ?

    Turbine would like to thank you for purchasing a DDO Premium Service.

    Your World Character Transfer is now complete. We have billed your account a charge of $24.95.

    Upon logging into your new world, you may see that your name has been changed to include hyphen and a number (such as, if your character's name was Derf, your character may now be named "Derf-1").

    If your name has changed, this means that the character name was already in use on the new world. If this is the case, we have applied a rename credit to your character. The rename credit will allow you to type /changename newname (replacing "newname" with the name you would like your character to have) in the chat window command line. Please select your new name within 30 days of the completed World Character Transfer. Any names that have not been updated within this timeframe may be manually updated by the in-game support staff.

    Please note: You will only have access to use the /changename command until a valid new name is obtained successfully. Please use the /changename command wisely as this credit has a one-time use. If you make a typo or choose a name you are not satisfied with we will be unable to credit a refund. Please ensure that you use this credit immediately to avoid possible further complications at a later date. Failure to utilize this credit may result in a Terms of Service violation, as your name will not adhere to the Code of Conduct.

    It's already 3 weeks since I got this mail.
    But the character transfer service still not done.
    In Orien Server , my character already gone from character list .
    But in Argonnessen Server , my character didn't move to there too !!!
    Where is my character please ?????
    The time need is only 1~2 weeks in your Q&A .
    But it's 3 weeks already !!!!!
    In the MyDDO website , it shows that my character is still in Orien .
    I had reply that mail for 3 times , but got NO answer !!!
    Are you really work on this paying service ?
    Or just want to lie money by this way ?
    Should I ask my bank to stop paying for this service ?
    It's really big different between the Truth and your Q&A .

    GIVE MY CHARACTER BACK !!!

    I am sorry to hear you've experienced a problem with your transfer. I'm also sorry, but we can't assist with account specific inquiries on the forums.

    The best thing for you to do is to reply to that confirmation email and let explain the problem. If you've already replied, they will be reviewing it soon.
