WF arcane Help

So im somewhat new to the game, ive played a bit and have a basic understanding and want to see how far i can get. Im playing free to play but buying a bit of points when I have the money. I bought 750 points and farmed a bit and got the WF for my 1st toon I want a WF Arcane. I still havent decided between wizard/rogue and pure sorc.

My goal with this is to farm 1750 favor with this toon and prefer solo. I know its a group based game but i do like the challenge. I had a few questions.

1. Between the two classes I cant make up my mind. I like the Idea of sorcs with more spell points but the versitility of wizards are tempting.

2. Would anyone happen to be able to suggest a few 28 point builds for this? I know at low levels Ill want Master's Touch and once I get firewall ill just pull a lot and kite them through the wall.

3. Would anyone suggest some adventure packs for favor reasons on a somewhat low budget. I think by saturday ill have about 1400-2700 points depending on if i get 15 more dollars by then.

For question one:

I'd look at the Wizard and Sorcerer Prestige enhancements if I were you, then decide what suited me more.

I think it's worth noting that Warforged get -2 Charisma, a sorcerers primary stat.
However either option is a viable choice.

My idea would be to max your casting stat
Warforged get good Constitution so I'd raise that to at least 16.

I found Niac's cold ray to be great for leveling up.
Like all lower level offensive spells, it will become less useful as time goes on.
