The Assassinate skill (from the Assassin II PrE) uses (DC 10 + Rogue Level + Int Modifier) against the enemy's Fortitude save.
My question: Would the Eldritch Rune of Skill: Int or Greensteel Int skill modifiers have any effect on the Assissinate DC?

Does Exceptional Skill:Int bonus apply to Assassinate?
UDR Loot Rules:
1) No griefing people for pulling loot that dropped in their name
2) When rolling, classes for which the item is "useful" get +10 to the roll
example: Wiz and Barb both roll on a Torc, the barb saying "I'm TRing into an arcane next week"
Wiz gets +10 on his roll

No. Assassinate is not a skill. The bonus only applies to things on the skill tab of your character sheet (e.g. disable device).
