I was just in a Shroud run with some prominent players and I hit the last Altar immediately upon completion. I offer my apologies for those who had intended to Recall instead of finishing. It's not something I normally do.

Captain, I am detecting the potential for much Drama in this sector!
Out of curiosity, if this is not something you normally do, why is the word "again" in the title of the OP?
:P
Tip# 203: Death is a traumatic experience.
It ok mate, I was there with you, I think only 1 person wanted to recall, but he'll survive, I mean at least he got a confirmed large out of it, unless he was farming for a small shard then ooops 2 days 18 hrs then.
Tis not the end of the world, we were doing a semi speed run anyways and the guy should have said at part 4 that he wanted to recall, no such thing was said (or at least I didn't hear or see one being typed).
Proceed Captain with WARP 10, the klingons need some bashing!!!!

Recalling out in a speed run seems like bad form to me anyway. It's a speed run afterall, not a rush to the end and wait for some guy to finish recalling out run.
The people who want to leave have speedily assisted the group in all stages, including beating down Harry in the final fight. Fifteen or even thirty seconds of waiting for the recalls and exits is not a long time - even just as a silent, tiny gesture of 'thanks for the help' - really, is it?
I had this happen to me on Argo, as i was 95% recalled. Someone hit the altar, I got my XP but no treasure.
No one owned up to it either. So thank-you for having the nads to front up and apologize
My demands are simple. Ducks, penguins and tortoises as pets. I'll buy hats and bow-ties for them all.
Oh, where are those sweet runs when ppl ddored when harry was at 5%?

Tip:
If you've DDoor'd to part 1 and get hit by the Altar, yuo CAN /stuck back to Part 5.
Smrti on Khyber
lol some people in my guild where talking about this.
Had a griefer in one of my shroud runs today, and he was a good one as he didnt get caught. Part 2 he kept killing one of the bosses before the other where prepped, but meh we recovered. Then in part 2 he broke some crystals and we didnt notice till we had done all the puzzles. Meh 2 chests, I guess i get less mediums and stuff to decon, so in part 5 we got all the people who wanted to leave out before harry died. Of course with no one left to grief he didnt give himself up and run and hit the alter. I should of faked it and shouted for people to wait i couldnt get out, so he would give himself up .
The old response, any time I felt obliged to apologize for something (typically led by Strakeln) was /vomit. The last time I apologized, I made it a point to spread plastic sheeting and after the references to Lethal Weapon 2, the /vomit was cleaned up most efficiently. Being as I felt that another apology was in order, I was spreading out the plastic sheeting again, not apologizing for clicking the Altar, again.
