spell purchase/availability

Playing my first wizard, i noticed that a few spells are not available at the stores. I had to get chain missles and acid blast at level up. I'm getting level 4 spells now but don't know what to choose that isn't available at the stores plus I can't find lvl 4 scrolls at all. I do not have a lot of favor if they are available at house vendors?

Is there a list of Wiz spells that also show where they are attained so I know where to buy and what to take at level up?

(aside from the random elements like chest drops and collectables)

Lists all the scrolls not available from vendors, and also where to find the vendors for each level of scroll.

There are some scrolls you can get from collectible turn-ins - mostly low level, but if you are a pale master and go into an undead form you can get various even high level necromancy spell scrolls from one of the collectors.
