Depending on what time of year, +2 tomes tend to go for between 200,000 plat and 600,000 plat. That's a really big range, but there is a lot of seasonal variation in tome prices for some reason. Much more variation than Shroud ingredient prices.

I half wonder if someone could make a significant profit from Tome arbitrage.

Very lucky. Ive seen a dex go for 750k (Maybe that buyer was just UNlucky)

I pulled my second +2 strength tome the other day and put it on the AH for 600k when there wasn't any others on there and then 3-4 people listed several for less so mine won't sell and I will have to lower the price a bit. That being said in the last tow weeks i have pulled 2 +2 tomes and 3 Ioun stones; 1 pale bue and 2 pale laveender after never pulling any in a year of playing. I sold 2 of the three and I am keeping one lavender to sell or trade when I really need something. It looks like +2 tome and stone listings are up on the AH as a whole. Could be an increased drop rate maybe?
