Here we go again. This is why #5 should be mandatory before you can actually post in the forums

    No

    1. Finish the classes.
    2. Finish the races.
    3. Finish the PrEs.
    4. Reduce the lag.
    5. Reduce the number of bugs.
    6. Force the search screen to pop up whenever anyone types in PvP to show all the
posts on this topic (especially f2p).

Look, DDO was created as a team based PvE game. PvP was thrown in
because people wanted a time waster ... they got it. People want the above
and I agree a couple of good themed quests would be nice, but balancing the game ... nope.

The amount of work you have put into arguing your point, you could
have found a game that gives you PvP. End of statement.

No rewards for PvP beyond bragging rights. Ever.
And the last thing we need is another public PvP zone.

No, but they came without the PvP game regardless, so it must have been for something else. If the game is attracting new players it's not because of the need for PvP.

A- swtor looks like a bad mmo.

B- if you want PvP so badly, why don't you play wow instead of doing this for 3 years?

PvP might attract new players yes. But it would require a reworking of all the feats/damage/hp. Basically an entire re working. And that is probably not going to happen. The dev time necessary could be used to increase existing content by a large amount.

Umm and ddo isn't? Lol dps down "powerful" boss, loot, wait 3 days and repeat in hopes of getting an item u need. Then once u get bored of that u tr. Do the same quest 10+ times rinse and repeat for each lv. That's not repetetive at all!!!

Not a big pvp fan but IF there was enough support for paid pvp contrent i would vote for Shavarath the plane of battle as the arena of choice. As for balancing i would not be in favor of any sort of balance just a Run what you brung mentality. If you lose go home work harder and try again.

About what Gimpforlife was saying about the "spooky" quest chains..

They have obviously never played F.E.A.R. or they'd make something scary.

I agree with both points, but the OP's idea has merit. Make an arena PVP zone unto itself and move all PVP there with it;s own general chat etc so everyone else doesn't have to even ever know PVP exists. After the zone goes live the devs can ignore it too and spnd no more resources developing it.

Again wasting dev time that would be better spent on something more would use and enjoy

This idea sounds interesting. But I think it needs some honing.

I wish they balance for PvE and improve PvP arenas. That would be SO much funnier than Mass Holding an AI designed to follow whoever does more damage so the ammount of Data on the wires and air is lower so we have a faster transmissions over them.

I bet all Green Bar people would lose to the Perfect AI God made. That's why they Hate It!

That can be moved, but think of all the people who could fight over this area...

..and you should gain 1 plat per second of being the only one in there. An hour would be 3.6kpp which is nothing.

This way, the baddest dude around can sit in there killing everybody and slowly make something for it.

Sign the parts you like, comment on the ones you don't like. ;D Or suggest better ideas.
idk, this while rewards for pvp idea is a broke joke on every game where i've seen it. pvp needs no rewarding. well, maybe the ocasional **** necklace.

house k teleporter area: nah, how about all of house k house d house p house j marketplace and harbor?

yah just like the instance harbor1 there could always be a harborPVP aswell. you could do everything u could do in the normal harbor and any brawling room/quickfoot hideout, at the same time. questing getting dull? camp out at the kobold assault entrance. kobold might remember ww but will kobold remember u keeping anyone from entering kobold assault? hmm?

oh and everything being allowed needs to include invisibility and sneak/spot/listen skill checks.
